1. Concept & Design - The formulation of a unique concept for the spa with a detailed analysis specifically tailored for architects and interior designers.
2. Build - Assembly of all required detailed briefs and guidance through the build process.
3. Operational Start up - Implementation of ESPA's Total Quality Management Systems.
4. Recruitment - All stafffing requirements.
